Our one to one sessions can be completely tailored to your needs. Whether it's just for you or a group of friends, we can help you achieve your goal. We are qualified and very experienced to give you the support you will need to change your lifestyle and get you more active through running.
We also offer one to one/small group sessions for specific training goals like 10ks/half marathon and marathons.
£30 per session
Plus £5 per extra person.
